Welcome to QRGenLabs. We've written these terms to be as clear and fair as possible, without the thick legal jargon that normally puts people to sleep.

By using our website, creating an account, or generating QR codes through our platform, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our services.

1. What We Do (and What You Do)

QRGenLabs provides tools to help you create, manage, and track QR codes. We give you the platform, but you are completely responsible for the content you link to.

You agree that you will not use our service to generate QR codes that link to:

• Malware, viruses, or phishing attempts.
• Illegal, abusive, or highly offensive content.
• Spam or deceptive marketing schemes.

If we find out that you are using our platform for any of the above, we reserve the right to instantly disable your QR codes and terminate your account without notice. We want to keep the internet a safe place.

2. Accounts and Security

When you sign up, you agree to provide real, accurate information. You're also responsible for keeping your password safe. If someone gets into your account because you left your password on a sticky note at a coffee shop, we can't be held responsible for what they do with your QR codes. If you suspect your account has been compromised, let us know immediately.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

We offer both free and paid plans. If you upgrade to a paid plan, you'll be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your choice).

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.
• If you cancel, you will still have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Stuff: You own the data, URLs, and logos you upload to our platform. We don't claim ownership over your content.

Our Stuff: We own the QRGenLabs website, the design, our logos, and the underlying code that makes everything work. You can't copy or reverse-engineer our platform to create a competing service.

5. Service Reliability (The "As Is" Clause)

We work extremely hard to keep QRGenLabs running 24/7. However, the internet is unpredictable. We provide our service "as is" and "as available." We cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free or that there will never be downtime. We aren't liable for any lost revenue, missed opportunities, or damages that occur if our service temporarily goes down.

6. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms as our product evolves or as laws change. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice on our site. Continuing to use QRGenLabs after those changes means you accept the new terms.
